Abby is a co-founder and a director of Jacaranda, a development and recruitment agency active in social pedagogy development since 2009. She has over a decade of experience recruiting social pedagogues and social workers. She has experience in, and a passion for, working with people and organisations to create the conditions conducive to sustainable social pedagogical development. She’s been an active member of the Social Pedagogy Consortium, supports the Social Pedagogy Development Network, and contributes to the work of the Scaling Up Social Pedagogy project.

Jacaranda and ThemPra are the two approved centres delivering the Crossfields Institute diplomas in social pedagogy.
